Abstract

|
We present a rare case of meningeal involvement in multiple myeloma and review the literature with regard to this condition. A 51-year-old man presented with headache was admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery at our hospital. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain showed a large epidural mass in the left frontal area. The patient underwent surgery, after which the pathologic report showed multiple myeloma
